If your Logitech wireless keyboard is spinning, it could be for one of the following reasons:
- In some cases, a smartphone that is close to the wireless keyboard can interfere with communication.
- The correct batteries are required for the radio keyboard to function properly. They may also be empty.
- Make sure you have the latest driver installed for both the wireless keyboard and your Bluetooth adapter. You can find the latest driver for the wireless keyboard on the Logitech website.
- To install the latest driver for your Bluetooth adapter, you can either run Windows Update or look for the adapter in the Device Manager in the Control Panel. Then select "Update driver" there.
- You can try resetting the keyboard by removing the batteries and waiting around 10 seconds.
- The receiver of the radio keyboard can also be plugged into a defective USB port. So try another one.
- As a matter of principle, do not place the receiver too far away from the keyboard or next to speakers or other devices, as these can interfere with reception.
