Mac App Store: Disable update notifications

- Open the "System Settings" via "Finder"> "Programs" or the icon in the dashboard.
- In the "System" section, click on the "Software Update" item.
- Uncheck "Automatically check for updates". If you close the "System Settings", you will no longer receive update notifications.
