In Mac's settings, you can easily create a schedule so your Mac starts or shuts down at specific times.
- Open your Mac's System Preferences.
- Select the item "Save energy" and then "Schedule ..." at the bottom of the window.
- First you have to tick the box below and select "Switch off" in the drop-down menu. You can also select the days you want and change the time.
- You can choose to shutdown the Mac every day at this time, only on weekends, weekdays, or on a special day.
