Mac: Calibrate the screen - how it works
If your images look very different from those printed on a Mac, you should calibrate your screen. We show you how to do this in this guide.
Color adjustment via the system settings
On the Mac, calibrate the monitor using System Preferences. A practical assistant will help you with this.
- Click Apple> System Preferences.
- There you select "Monitors" and in the dialog window the "Colors" tab.
- Click on "Calibrate" to start the calibration assistant.
- The wizard will guide you step by step through the settings.
- If you check the "Expert mode" box, additional setting options are activated.
