Mac: Change Dock View
In Mac OS X you can change the dock view. You determine the size, width and behavior of your dock individually. We show you how it works.

Depending on which Mac you have, it may make sense, for example, to reduce the dock size or hide it when it is inactive in order not to waste space on the display.
- Click the Apple logo in the top bar on the left.
- Select the item "Dock" and then "System Settings" Dock "...".
- The menu for the dock settings appears (see picture). Here you can set the size of the dock and the enlargement factor. You can also select an effect for filing and can set further details.
