Mac: Record your own voice - so it'll work
If you want to record your own voice on the Mac, you can easily do it with the right software. In our instructions, we use the simple but extensive Audacity.
Record voice with Mac
The Audacity audio program is almost a small recording studio and has a lot to offer:
- Supported audio formats include WAV, MP3, IRCAM, ADPCM, IRCAM, AIFF, OGG and AU.
- Not only can you record your voice, you can also record music or record an interview on your Mac.
- In addition, Audacity has various features such as noise filters and multiple audio track recordings and of course you can also edit your recordings.
- Attention: Since the program or the developers have not been verified by Appel, you first fail when trying to install the "Mac OS Gatekeeper".
- As soon as the error message appears, right-click on the icon and select "Open".
- You can then install the audio program as normal.
