Mac: Sync iCloud with iWork for iOS
With iCloud, you can sync iWork documents to your Mac on your iOS devices. To do this, you must also activate iCloud for Numbers, Pages and Keynote on your Apple computer and on your iOS device. We show you how it works.
How to enable iCloud for iWork on Mac

- Open System Preferences on your Mac. Most of these are in the dock.
- Select the "iCloud" menu on the left.
- Click on "Options" under "Documents and data".
- Check "Keynote", "Numbers" and "Pages". Then click "Done".
- Close the system settings.
How to activate iCloud for iWork on your iPhone or iPad
- Open the "Settings" app.
- Select "Pages" in the last block of settings.
- Set the slide switch under "iCloud" under "Use". If the slide switch is green, the iCloud is activated.
If the iCloud for iWork is activated on all your devices, the iWork documents are automatically loaded into your iCloud.
