Mac OS: Federal Police Trojan - how to remove the virus
We'll show you how to remove the federal police trojan virus after you've received the federal police report of illegal activity on your Mac OS.
Alleged report by the federal police: virus caught
If you get the fake federal police message on the Internet that illegal activities are being carried out by your Mac, then you have caught malware (a Trojan).
- The following applies: Under no circumstances may you pay for or announce anything! The virus tries to convey credibly that it is an official message from the federal police in order to obtain money. However, the federal agency would never require Ukash or prepaid money from you. Official letters would also only come by post.
