Deactivate the image display for faster surfing pleasure in the following way:
- Start Safari and click on "Safari" in the Apple system bar to select the "Settings ..." option.
- Click on the "Advanced" tab in the Settings menu and activate the "Developer" option at the bottom of the Safari settings.
- Now leave the Settings menu and click on "Developer" in the Apple system bar and then select "Deactivate images".
- Now no images are loaded on websites.
