Mac OS X: Change the default font - Here's how
In Mac OS X, the default font can be changed with an additional tool. Your operating system will look different, as we show you in our instructions.
Change default font using the Tinker tool on Mac
- Download and install the free Tinker tool on your Mac.
- Open the program and click on the "Fonts" tab.
- You can now make all font settings under "Font categories".
- For example, you can change the standard font in the programs or the system.
- To do this, click on "Change" and select the desired font.
