Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite stores all log data from the Firefox browser. We explain how to delete them in this manual.
Delete Firefox log files from Mac
- The files cannot be found using the Finder, so open a terminal window.
- Type in the command "cd / temp".
- Check with the command "ls -al"; which files are in the folder.
- The log files have the prefix 2CGLog_firefox2 and a numeric string. There can also be several files of this type.
- Delete the respective files with the command "rm -f file name".
