Mac: Right click on Apple computers
If you switch from a PC to a Mac, you will be missing the right-click promptly on many devices. We'll tell you what it's all about.
Right click on iMac and MacBook
The right click is not missing on Apple computers. This is usually only hidden behind techniques that normal PC users do not immediately find.
- Magic Mouse: Not every Apple mouse has a single button. For example, the Magic Mouse has only a smooth surface. Right-click with a touch in the upper right edge of the mouse.
- Other mouse: If the mouse has only one button and cannot be right-clicked, you will have to use the keyboard to help you. To do this, move the mouse to the desired location on the display and press the "Ctrl" key on the bottom left of your keyboard.
- MacBook: Right-click on the touchpad of a laptop like the MacBook by pressing the touchpad with two fingers instead of just one.
On a MacBook, you can customize the commands for the touchpad according to your needs. Then you decide which gesture is right-clicked.
