Mac keychain: add certificate - how it works
To read and compose encrypted email on Mac, you need to add a certificate to the Mac keychain. We show you how to do this.
Add certificate for Mac keychain
- Start the "Keychain Access". You can find them under "Programs" and finally "Utilities".
- Select "Menu" and then "File". Click here on "Import objects".
- Then search for the certificate file and leave the setting under "Target keychain" on "Registration".
- The program now imports your chosen certificate. You will then find it in the "My Certificates" category.
