Mac: Enter the appointment in the calendar - how it works
This practical tip explains how to enter an appointment on your Mac in the calendar. When you sync your Mac with iPhone, you can use Mac calendars as a shared calendar. Once you have entered an appointment, it will also appear on your iPhone, iPad or iPod.
Enter the calendar appointment under Mac OS
If you want to add a new event or appointment to your Mac calendar, the following section will help you.
- First open the calendar in MacOS.
- Hold down [ctrl] and tap the day on which the appointment takes place.
- Then select the "New event" entry.
- A small window opens in which you can specify the location, time and warnings (see photo).
- If you click another day, you can use the previous steps to add another appointment to your Mac calendar.
