Mac: insert watermarks in Pages - how it works
If you want to insert a watermark in Pages, look in vain for a function with the same name. We'll show you how you can still protect your documents with a watermark.
Pages for Mac OS: insert watermark
- First insert the desired image or text in Pages and drag it to the planned position.
- Click on the "Format" button at the top right to display the side menu.
- Under the "Style" tab you can now control the transparency using the "Opacity" slider.
- If the option does not appear, simply select the desired object again with the mouse.
- Then click on "Arrange" at the top of the menu bar and navigate to the "Section templates".
- If you select the option "Move object into section template", your watermark will be displayed on all pages of the section or the entire document.
