MacBook battery does not charge - this can help
Deep discharge can cause problems, especially if the battery is not being charged for a long time.
- Turn off your MacBook completely and hold down the "Shift" (left), "Alt" (left), and "Ctrl" (left) keys.
- In addition, briefly press the power button and release all buttons and buttons immediately.
- The LED on the power connector should now light up briefly and then glow orange.

MacBook does not load: repair necessary
If you cannot solve the problem yourself, you only have to repair the device.
- Warranty: If the MacBook is still under warranty, you can request a repair from Apple. To do this, either make an appointment at the Genius Bar in the Apple Store or drop in at an Apple retail store or an authorized Apple service provider.
- Repair: If the device is older, it is much cheaper to replace it with a repair service. Depending on the device and provider, the service costs between 100 and 200 euros. This works for example with JustCom or iHelpStore.
