- Open the program by tapping the icon in the Dock or by typing "Calendar" in Spotlight and pressing [Enter].
- Navigate in the menu bar via "File"> "New Calendar" to "Local" or "iCloud", depending on where you want to save the calendar.
- A new calendar appears on the left in the menu bar. Click on it to rename it.
