Create mail templates on Macos X.
In Apple Mail you can easily create your own templates for your professional and private emails:
- Open Apple Mail and create a normal new email via "File"> "New Email".
- Adjust the e-mail according to your wishes and click on the "Save as template ..." option under "File". Now you have to enter a name and click on "Save".
- You can now use the template very easily: create a new e-mail again and select the leaf symbol at the top right. You can now find the template you just created under "Own".
Tip: Send a lot of emails with the address field "blind copy"
If you want to send several identical e-mails to different recipients under Macos X using mail templates, you do not have to create a new e-mail each time. Simply click on the symbol with the 3 dashes to the left of the address field and select "blind copy". All recipients specified in this address field see only themselves and not the other addressees.
