MagentaCloud does not synchronize - you can do that

MagentaCloud is your private Telekom server. If this does not synchronize, various causes can be responsible. Read in this practical tip what you can do about it.
MagentaCloud does not synchronize - what to do?
- Click on MagentaCloud in the lower right corner and select the "Logout" item.
- Set that hidden files and folders are shown and open the folder "\ AppData \ Local \ MagentaCLOUD \ DATA \". There you will find a folder with a series of numbers. Open it.
- Delete the "sync.db" file here and then log in to MagentaCloud again.
- If the service is still not synchronizing, open the directory.
- Look for a folder or file with a red "X" here.
- If a file has this red "X", the file name may be too long. Or there is a conflict with an older file.
- However, if a folder is marked with an "X", it may be too deep. Drag it to the main directory of your MagentaCloud.
