Use Magine TV on Amazon Fire TV - Here's how
If you want to use Magine on your Amazon Fire TV, you can now finally do so via an official app. We'll show you exactly how it works.
Update: No more Magine TV for the Fire TV
Around three years after Magine TV appeared on Amazon's Fire TV, the app for live TV will disappear from the devices again.
- On February 28, 2019, Magine TV pulls the plug. Due to the great competition, Magine is reorienting itself and will no longer be doing business with end customers.
- As a Magine customer, however, you are not in a fix. Competitor Zattoo takes over the business. All customers receive an email with an offer from Zattoo.
- The offer includes two free months of Zattoo Premium. Usually the month costs 9.99 euros. A new registration is not necessary. If you agree to the offer, your Magine account will be converted into a Zattoo account.
- You can also continue to watch German live TV on the Fire TV. Zattoo also offers a corresponding app. If Zattoo's offer does not suit you, you can take a look at TV Spielfilm live or waipu.tv.
