Magix Video Deluxe: separate audio from video
You can quickly separate the audio track from the actual video using the "Magix Video Deluxe" multimedia software. We show you how to do this.
Separate audio and video in Magix Video Deluxe
The versions change, but one function remains the same: With just one key combination in "Magix Video Deluxe" you can separate the audio from the video track. You can delete the soundtrack and add new music to your video, for example.
- To do this, press the key combination [CTRL] + [M]. This works for most editions of "Magix Video Deluxe".
- Alternatively, click the "Ungroup" option in the menu bar above the timeline. The symbol for this is an open bracket or an open lock. Now you can edit the audio track separately.
Tip: You can also spice up your videos with a so-called "SinCity" effect.
