Initiate dunning procedures online - you have to do that
You can quickly initiate a reminder. Especially if someone has outstanding debts, it is worthwhile to instruct a court to take legal action. This is now also possible online.
- Open the online dunning request website.
- Select your state from the dropdown menu in the top left.
- Then select how your dunning procedure should be sent. When sending via the Internet, you need a signature card and a suitable reader.
- You will then be shown an overview page that lists all the processes. To start the application, click on the "New application" button.
- Choose your position between lawyer or applicant.
- Fill in your data. If you have already received a code from the court, enter it in the "Code" tab.
- Click on the right arrow to continue. You must now enter the respondent's data here. You can also enter a company. Clicking on the arrow confirms your information and takes you to the next step.
- This contains the details of the main claim and interest. Here you can choose what type of dunning procedure is involved. You can choose between the regular dunning procedure, certificate dunning procedure, check dunning procedure or the bill of dunning procedure.
- In the next step, you have the option of entering all expenses and additional claims that have arisen in the dunning procedure.
- The penultimate step contains general information about the application. Here you can enter a business sign, make a declaration in return, request an application to carry out the disputed proceedings, and apply for legal aid and / or exemption from costs / fees.
- Finally you get an overview with your entered data. If these are correct, you can submit the application online or have it printed out and sent to the court by post.
