Turn off the Samsung Galaxy S5 mailbox - Here's how
If you do not want to use the mailbox on your Samsung Galaxy S5, you can switch off the function at any time. We show you exactly how to do this.
Samsung Galaxy S5: Turn off the mailbox
- First, open the phone app on your Samsung Galaxy S5.
- Press the menu button below and select "Settings".
- Under "Call Settings" you will now find the category "Additional Settings".
- Select the "Voice call" option under "Call forwarding".
- You will now see the items "If busy, forward", "Forward if no answer" and "Forward if not available".
- Select all points and select the "Deactivate" option.
Deactivate mailbox on the Galaxy S5
As an alternative to the instructions above, you can also deactivate the mailbox directly via the mobile service provider. You usually only have to call a number or a code. Depending on the provider, follow the respective instructions.
