Media Markt vouchers: How long are they valid?

This is how long you can redeem your Media Markt or Saturn voucher

• The redemption period for your voucher is five years after the year of issue.
• However, this period is extended by a further five years if you have used it in the meantime.
• Example: If you get the 2014 voucher, it is valid until 2019. For example, if you use a partial amount in 2016, it will be valid for another five years, i.e. until 2021.

Check the remaining amount of the Media Markt voucher

If you don't know how much credit is left on your Media Markt voucher, you can check this in two ways:

• Go to the "Gift Card" option on the Media Markt website.
• Click on the "Check credit" button and enter the details of your voucher. The remaining amount will then be displayed.
• You can also have the remaining amount of your voucher checked at the cash register or from Media Markt or Saturn.
