Medion: How to reach the hotline
If you have any problems with your Medion device, you can contact customer service via the hotline, among other things. We'll tell you how.
Reach Medion customer service via hotline
- Customer service is available Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Always have the MSN number of your device ready so that customer service knows exactly which product it is. You can find out how to find out here.
- There are various hotlines, depending on what device it is and whether it is still under warranty.
The Medion device is still within the warranty period
Calling the following hotlines costs 14 cents per minute from a German landline. A maximum of 42 cents is charged for calls via the mobile network:
- Multimedia hotline: Use this hotline if you have any concerns about your PC, notebook, netbook, PDA / PNA, software, printer, scanner, accessories or ISDN / DSL Internet service. The number is: 01805 633 466

Device warranty has expired
Calling the following hotlines costs 1.59 euros per minute from a German landline. Depending on the provider, there are higher prices for calls via the mobile network:
- Multimedia premium hotline: You can use this hotline if you have any concerns about your PC, notebook, netbook, PDA / PNA, software, printer, scanner, accessories or ISDN / DSL Internet service. The number is: 0900 1633 466
