Define multiple start pages in Firefox
You can set multiple start pages in the Firefox browser. The various websites are then opened in parallel as tabs when Firefox is started. We'll show you how to set up the various home pages.
Mozialla Firefox: Set multiple home pages
With one trick it is possible to display several start pages in the browser:
- Click on the menu button at the top right and select the "Settings" item.
- Go to the "Home" category on the left and you will find the "Homepage and new windows" option above.
- Select "User-defined addresses" here and enter all the addresses that you want to see at the start. Separate multiple websites with a vertical line.
- To create the vertical line (|), simultaneously press the [Alt Gr] key and the key with the symbols.
- The start pages should be inserted in the following format: //www.chip.de/ | //praxistipps.chip.de/ | //www.google.de/ | ...
- If you then restart Firefox, all the desired start pages will be loaded at the same time.
- Tip: To use an empty tab as the start page, place a vertical line behind the desired start page. To use an empty tab as the start page, simply leave the field blank.
