My Vodafone: Invoices and contract details online
You can view your invoices and contract details online on MeinVodafone. Here's how it works.
Add contract to the account
You must first link your account to the respective contract. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one here.
- Go to //www.meinvodafone.de and log in.
- In the "Welcome to MeinVodafone" area, click on "Add another contract".
- Now go to "Add another number" and then select whether it is a "cellular" or "DSL" contract.
- Now enter your mobile number for a mobile phone contract or your online registration code for a DSL contract.
- Confirm with "Add contract".
Call up invoices
You can now view your invoices. It works like this:
- Log in to MeinVodafone and click on "My invoice" in the area of your contract under "QuickLinks".
- You will now see an overview of your invoices. Go to "Annual overview" on the left and you will see the bills for the current year.
- Here you can also download the invoices simply by clicking on the download button.
- You can also adjust your payment method here. To do this, click on "Payment methods" in the line above.
View contract information
You can also find details of your contract online, for example, you can adjust your bandwidth.
- In the MeinVodafone dashboard, go to "My Products" under the respective contract.
- Click on "Contract data" on the right to see, among other things, how long the contract is still running.
- For example, if you click the "Customize" button under "Vodafone Internet", you can check the maximum available bandwidth at your address.
- You can also change your tariff here.
