• In principle, it is not possible to find out the email address used with your password and your user name. If you have no reminder of the address, you must therefore contact support. Simply send an email to support with your user name and explain your concerns.
• If you just don't have access to the email address, you can set a new address by answering your security question.
• If you have several email addresses to choose from, visit the support page where you can change your password. Enter the different email addresses in question one after the other and reset your password. If the email is correct, you will receive a message in your mailbox.
