MoCoPay is a mobile phone subscription provider that distributes its subscriptions via WhatsApp, among other things. To stop the rip off, cancel the subscription. We show you how to do this.
Cancel MoCoPay subscription
You can cancel your subscription via a hotline, by fax or by email. It is important that you provide your mobile phone number and request confirmation of termination. The contact details of MoCoPay are:

Simple and convenient: cancel your MoCoPay subscription here
An easy way to cancel your MoCoPay subscription is through our partner Aboalarm. All you have to do is enter your personal data in the pre-formulated letter of termination. Then print out the letter and send the cancellation to the specified address. As an option, Aboalarm can even take over the termination entirely for you: The termination service costs either EUR 3.49 or EUR 4.49 depending on the payment method selected. MoCoPay rip off: refuse payment
- If you have received an increased mobile phone bill from your provider, you can defend yourself against it.
- Book the payment back through your bank and transfer the invoice amount to your provider without the cost of the subscription.
