Mozilla Firefox: Uninstall plugins - how it works
Uninstalling plugins is a bit cumbersome in Firefox. We show you how to get rid of the unwanted small software modules.
Delete plugins from Firefox in three steps
- In the Firefox address bar, type the following command: about: plugins
- You will then see all the plugins installed in your browser. The most important information in this case is the exact path, with the help of which you can then quickly locate the module (see picture).
- Finally, follow the path specified in Windows Explorer and delete the plugin manually.
