If you don't like the current paragraph spacing in Word, you can set it as you wish. In this practical tip, we will show you how it's done.

- Go to the "Design" tab above and you will find the "Paragraph spacing" category there.
- You can now select various options here. If you move the mouse over an option, it will be used as a preview.
- If you click on "Custom paragraph spacing" below, you can set numerous values manually.
- If you only want to change the paragraph spacing for a specific paragraph, switch to the "Page layout" tab above.
- If you click on the desired paragraph, you can set the desired position in the "Paragraph" category above.
