- In the "Start" tab, click the arrow in the lower right corner to display the options.
- You will then see which elements are on the clipboard. Click on the entry you want to insert and select "Insert".
- Alternatively, you can also click the "Insert All" button above to be able to insert all entries in the document.
- Tip: After pasting, you have several options for how the text should be pasted.
- You can only apply the actual text without the original formatting, merge the formatting with the current one, or keep the old formatting.
- You can define these settings by default in the options under "Advanced".
- In this way graphics, tables and all other content are also inserted into Microsoft Office Word.

- In the clipboard you can always see at a glance all the elements that are there.
- If you don’t want to insert an item, click the down arrow on the right and choose Delete.
- To quickly insert an element, simply click on it. It is then inserted at the marked position in Word.
- If you would like to use the clipboard regularly, click on "Options" below and check the box next to "Show Office clipboard automatically".
- Tip: You can also use the key combination [Ctrl] + [V] for a quick insertion. The key combination for a quick copy to the clipboard is [Ctrl] + [C].

- Or you can set the clipboard to appear when you press the [Ctrl] + [C] key combination twice.
