Multistream at Twitch - how it works

If you want to follow several streams at Twitch at the same time, this is unfortunately not possible on the official website. In this practical tip, we will show you how multistream still works.

Multistream websites for Twitch streams

Twitch only allows the simultaneous playback of multiple gaming streams neither on the website nor in its own apps. If you want to see more than one stream at the same time, you have to open it in a new tab or window.

• The websites "MultiTwitch.tv" and "Multistre.am" provide a remedy for this problem. Here you can watch an unlimited number of streams in parallel.
• On "Multitwitch.tv" enter the desired Twitch names in the URL for a multistream. Each additional Twitch name is separated by a "/" (see picture). With "Multistre.am" the operation is self-explanatory.
• But note: After more than four streams, the picture becomes increasingly smaller. Furthermore, the number of Twitch streams is limited by the performance of your computer. Especially on older computers, hardly more than three streams are possible at the same time.
