Create negatives with Gimp - how it works
With GIMP you can create negatives of images in just a few steps. This is useful, for example, if you have digitized old black and white analog recordings with the scanner and want to create a positive.
Instructions: Create negative in GIMP
- Open the photo in GIMP that you want to create a negative of.
- Now click on the "Colors" field and then on "Invert".
- Now the colors of your picture are inverted and you can save the picture again with "File"> "Export to".
