- First try to briefly restart your smartphone and then open Netflix again.
- Make sure you're using the latest version of Netflix. Simply take a look at your respective app store.

- Also try using a different network as this may be the problem.
- Alternatively, you can try to disconnect your router from the power supply for about 10 seconds.
