Netflix error 111: delete data on Amazon Fire TV
To be able to receive Netflix again, you need to clear data and the cache of the app on Amazon Fire TV.
- Navigate to the home screen.
- In the top menu, scroll to "Settings"> "Applications".
- Under "Manage installed apps", select "Netflix".
- To delete the data, move to "Clear Data" and confirm the selection again with "Clear Data".
- To clear the cache, go to "Clear Cache".
- Then go back to the home screen and disconnect the power supply for at least 30 seconds.
- Restart the device. Netflix should now work without problems again.
Netflix error 111: delete data on Android TV
Also when using Android TV, delete the data of the Netflix application.
- Press the home button on your remote control.
- Go to "Settings".
- Navigate to TV Category> Apps> System Apps> Netflix.
- Confirm "Delete data" with "OK".
- After that, you can start Netflix as usual.
