Netflix error 30103 - cause
- Error 30103 occurs with Netflix primarily in connection with the Apple TV, as long as it cannot establish or maintain a connection to the Netflix servers.
- In this case you will receive the following error message: "An error occurred while loading the content. Please try again later."
Netflix error 30130 - you can do that
- First test the Internet connection of your Apple TV by navigating in the settings, select "Network" under "General" and then select the "Test network" option.
- If the connection test fails, contacting Apple Support will help.
- A restart of the Netflix app or the entire Apple TV can also solve the problem.
- If the error is still displayed, log out of your account within the Netflix app and then log in again. To do this, press the play button when the error occurs when starting the Netflix app and then select the "Deactivate / log out" option.
- If the error occurs when playing a film, press the menu button and select the "Log out" option. In order to be able to use Netflix normally again, you have to log in to your account again.
