If the streaming service does not load Netflix videos or only loads them very slowly, there can be various reasons. We'll show you how to solve the problem.

First of all, it should be clear that a fast internet connection is essential when streaming videos. You can find specific numbers on this in the Netflix Help Center. Check that your internet connection meets these minimum requirements.
- If this is the case, you can first try to solve the problem by restarting the computer. Then try streaming again.
- If the problem persists, you should restart your home network. To do this, switch off your computer and all other devices in the home network and disconnect them from the power supply. Do this with your modem and WiFi router for at least 30 seconds. Then reconnect all devices and try to stream a video again.
- If the stream still does not work, you can connect your computer directly to the modem using a LAN cable. In any case, you will achieve the best possible Internet speed and rule out your WiFi as a source of problems.
- If that doesn't work either, you should contact your internet provider and ask for further solutions.
