Just follow the tips below so the problem with the shifted audio track is quickly resolved:
- Reload the page first and try again to play the movie. If that still doesn't work, try a different title. The problem may only be with the selected title.
- If you can easily play other tracks, switch back to the track with the shifted audio track and click on "Report a problem".
- If the problem also occurs with other titles, first check whether you have a constant internet connection.
- Make sure that you are not too far away from the router with a WLAN connection, as this can lead to connection problems.
- If the internet connection is weak, you should deactivate the HD function of the videos. Simply click on the HD icon in the corner.
- In many cases, closing processes and programs running in the background can help. You should also close the browser tabs that are not required.
