Network deactivated due to slow internet connection - that helps
If you receive the message "Network deactivated due to slow internet connection" on your Samsung smartphone, it may be due to the "Automatic network change" setting. This setting ensures that the network is changed automatically at low speeds. We show you here how you can switch this setting off.
Slow internet connection: Network deactivated
This message mainly occurs with Samsung smartphones and can be quickly removed with a few simple steps:
- Open the "Settings" on your Samsung smartphone.
- There, press the [Menu] key on your telephone and then select the "Additional settings" option.
- Scroll down here until you get to the "Automatic network change" item.
- Finally, deactivate the "Automatic network change" setting.
- If you do not have a Samsung smartphone, search for "Find Internet service" or "Avoid weak networks" in the WLAN settings.
- Deactivate such settings and then restart the device. The error should now be gone.
