Delete Neverwinter account - how it works

Deleting a Neverwinter account is not easy. We'll explain how you can do it here.

Delete account at ArcGames

In order to play Neverwinter, you need an account with ArcGames. However, deleting a created account unnecessarily complicates this provider.

1. Log in to ArcGames with your account.
2. Click on "Customer Service" in the top bar.
3. Now click on the "Send an order" button. A new page opens.
4. Now you create a ticket asking for your account to be deleted.
5. Enter your account name and email address in the text.
6. Such a text could look like this: "Hello. I would like you to delete my account [account name] with the email address with immediate effect. Please send me a written confirmation."
7. Under the "Category" tab, you can also select "Account closure" under "Customer service> Questions about the account".

It is similarly cumbersome if you want to delete your Rockstar Social Club account.
