Cancel Newmoove subscription - Here's how

If you want to cancel your subscription to NewMoove, you can do so easily by email. We will show you which address and which data you need to cancel.

NewMoove: Cancel subscription by email

• An email is sufficient to terminate the contract. Simply send your cancellation to the following email address:
• Send the mail from the email address with which you are also registered with NewMoove. Your full name must also be included in the email.
• Please note that you must submit your cancellation at least 14 days before your subscription expires. The following text is sufficient for termination:
• Dear Sir or Madam, I hereby cancel my NewMoove subscription as soon as possible. Please send me a written confirmation of the termination. With kind regards, Max Mustermann.

An easy way to cancel your Newmoove subscription is through our partner subscription alert. All you have to do is enter your personal data in the pre-formulated letter of termination. Then print out the letter and send the notice of termination to the company.
