Nintendo 3DS: Record gameplay - how it works
If you want to record the gameplay from your Nintendo 3DS, you can do that, but it costs a lot. In this article, we will show you the possibilities.
Record gameplay on the Nintendo 3DS
- Since there is unfortunately no emulator for the Nintendo 3DS, the image and sound must be tapped directly from the console. This requires a so-called capture card, which is unfortunately not exactly cheap.
- The converted Nintendo 3DS is connected to the computer via USB cable. The sound is also transmitted to the PC via an audio cable. Using the supplied software, the gameplay can be recorded in a few simple steps.
Nintendo 3DS: The Capture Card costs that
- The capture card itself costs between 50 and 100 euros. Installation is not recommended for laymen, which is why the conversion is unfortunately a little more expensive.
- The currently most trustworthy German online shop for the conversion is Merki.net. Here you pay 249 euros for the conversion.
- If this is too expensive, you still have your own video camera. With the right light and optimal settings, the Nintendo 3DS can be shot in relatively good quality.
