Charge Nissan Leaf at home and on the go: consumption is manageable
Depending on the model, a battery with 24, 30 or 40 kWh is installed in the Nissan Leaf. The largest battery, according to Nissan, manages around 350 kilometers in the city. In everyday life you should expect 150, 200 and 300 kilometers depending on the battery.
- The connection for charging is located on the front of the bonnet of the Nissan Leaf. It is the common type 2 charging port. You can fill up the Nissan Leaf with electricity at the socket as well as at normal charging stations and quick charging stations.
- The basic model charges with alternating current and an output of up to 3.6 kW. The Acenta package, with which the Leaf can be charged with up to 22kW and thus significantly faster, is available for around 4, 000 euros surcharge.
- The costs for a load are manageable. At an electricity price of 28 cents per kWh, you pay around 6.70, 8.40 and 11.20 euros for a full charge, depending on the battery.
