Lumia does not come on: battery deeply discharged?
The solution seems too simple, but sometimes works wonders: if the battery of your Nokia Lumia is exhausted, it may take a while for the phone to react to the charging cable.

- Charge the cell phone battery for at least 20 minutes and then try to switch your Lumia on again.
Nokia Lumia won't come on: force restart
It is also possible that your cell phone is on, but the screen remains black due to a software error. In this case you should try to force a restart.
- Press and hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously for about 10 to 15 seconds.
- Release both buttons to restart the phone.
- You may now have to reset the time.
Lumia does not start: Reset cell phone to factory settings
If your Lumia still won't start, you can try resetting it. All data are deleted and the factory settings are restored.
- Disconnect your phone from the charger.
- Press the power button and the volume down button at the same time until the phone vibrates.
- Now press the volume down key until an exclamation mark appears on the screen.
- Then press the volume and power buttons in the following order: louder, quieter, on / off, quieter.
- Wait for your phone to reset. When it restarts, sign in with your Windows account to restore your data.
Lumia still won't start
