- To be able to specify a date, use the formula "DATE". Then specify the cells where day, month and year are given. You can also use the "TIME", "HOUR", "MINUTE" or "CALENDAR WEEK".
- If you want to calculate your working days, use the formula for "NET WORKING DAYS". All you have to do is determine when you started working and when it ended. There is a similar formula for Excel.
- You can also easily calculate the duration in the spreadsheet. You can use the formulas "DURATION DAYS", "DAUERINSTD", "DAUERINMS", "DAUERINMIN", "DAUERINSEK" and "DAUERINWO".
- Of course, you can also use the usual mathematical formulas such as "SUM", "ROUND", "ROUND DOWN", "SQUARE TOTAL" or "ROUND UP" in Numbers.
- Use the "COMPARE" formula and then specify at least two cells to compare the values.
- To calculate the mathematical mean, you can simply enter the formula "AVERAGE VALUE" and then select the respective cells.
- A number can be calculated easily and quickly using the "NUMBER" formula. Use "NUMBER2" to consider only non-empty cells.
- Alternatively, you can also use the "COUNTIF" command to count certain cells. To do this, you have to specify a certain criterion in the formula.
