Nutella cookies: ingredients and preparation for the recipe
With only five ingredients, you can conjure up wonderfully soft cookies in ten minutes that are addictive for more.
- Ingredients for approx. 50 pieces: 350g Nutella, 300g flour, 2 eggs, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 pinch of salt
- Put the nutella, flour, eggs, baking powder and salt in a bowl and knead a smooth, smooth dough.
- Use a teaspoon to cut nut-sized pieces out of the dough and form balls out of them.
- Place the balls about 2 cm apart on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for ten minutes at 180 degrees. Do not bake any longer, otherwise the cookies will harden.
- Optional: sprinkle the cooled cookies with a little powdered sugar.
- But watch out! The cookies are calorie bombs that are difficult to resist.
