O2's data automation automatically expands your surfing volume when it expires. We show you how to cancel the service.
Unsubscribe from automatic data processing at O2
- The automatic data system will be introduced on February 3, 2015 and only applies to tariffs starting from this date. If you have used up your surfing volume, 100 MB are automatically booked for 2 euros. This happens up to three times a month if necessary.
- If you use all three top-ups per month for three consecutive months, you will automatically be placed in a higher tariff. You will receive the next higher data tariff for a monthly surcharge of 5 euros.
- To cancel, call your smartphone with O2-SIM under the free hotline 55 22 2. From the landline, use 01804 055222. Here it is enough to wish the automatic data termination.
