In order for you to be able to identify yourself with the support on the phone, you must enter your customer code at o2. In this practical tip we will tell you where you can find the PKK.

Find a customer code at o2 - this is where the PKK is located

• For security, you must provide your personal customer code when you contact o2 support.
• This ensures that no one else can impersonate you and thus access your data.
• You specified your personal customer code when you signed the contract.
• You should therefore find the PKK in your contract documents. In some cases, the customer code is also in the confirmation email. Alternatively, you can check one of your bills online.
