In Office 365, you can share your calendars with others with just a few clicks. We'll show you how.
Office 365: share calendars in Outlook - how it works
- If you want to share a calendar with Outlook, click on "Calendar" and then on "Start"> "Share Calendar".
- In the "To" field, enter the name of the person for whom you want to grant approval. If the approval takes place within your organization, the name is sufficient. For external approval, enter the e-mail address of the person concerned here.
- Under "Details" you can define the level of detail that you want to release. With "Send" you grant the release.
Calendar sharing in the Outlook Web App - how it works
- To share a calendar in the Outlook Web App, log in to your Office 365 account in the web browser and click "Calendar"> "Share".
- In the "Share with" field, enter the email address or the name of the person with whom the calendar is to be shared.
- Again, you can specify which details should be released. With "Send" you send the release to the recipient.
